Glavé & Holmes Architecture is honored to be recognized as a Top Workplace by the Richmond Times-Dispatch and WorkplaceDynamics for the third year in a row.
The Top Workplaces program recognizes companies that have a great work environment with results based solely on employee feedback. The employee survey is conducted by WorkplaceDynamics, a leading research firm on organizational health and employee engagement. The survey took into account many factors, including employee engagement, encouragement of community involvement, and work/life balance.
Glavé & Holmes was one of 60 companies in the Richmond area to make the list. According to feedback from the survey, our employees feel genuinely appreciated by the firm and that their job makes them feel like part of something meaningful. See what else our employees had to say:
“I’m not micro-managed, and I have the freedom to express my creativity.”
“Great place to learn and grow.”
“We operate by strong values and design ideas, which continue to be recognized and earn us a respected reputation in the industry.”
Richmond SHRM, a chapter of the national Society for Human Resource Management, honored Richmond’s Top Workplaces at the Sterling Workplace Awards event May 5. To learn more about the Richmond Times-Dispatch’s list of Top Workplaces, please visit http://bit.ly/1WLPKJg.
